The contractor shall provide computer lab assistance, homework assistance and technical guidance to teens of active military members and Department of Defense civilians. The contractor shall work Tuesday through Friday between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. Contractor, as a certified teacher, and computer technician/ instructor will be expected to develop linkages with parents, school teachers, volunteer tutors, and others, in support of the Teen Program, upon which the success of the computer lab and homework center depends. Contractor must have either applied knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Novell Network, Networking Concepts, and the Microsoft Windows-based applications, or be a certified Novell Administrator.
