The facility may also distribute assets (listed below) to the applicable repair center and serve as the destination and storage point for the delivery of serviceable assets from the repair center. The facility should be located on or near Whiteman AFB Missouri to support Depot Level Maintenance for the following B-2 subsystems/components: AINS (Instrument Set, ECU, PSU, and ATTU), IMU, AMSS, RMSS, Radar Avionics, Radar Antenna, PAS, Tailpipe, R/T Modem (AFSATCOM/MILSTAR), DDU, DMS, PTU. Your suggestions and/or ROM should include costs for the following: (1) Initial set up and activation (non-recurring) (2) Recurring costs to maintain operations for the facility based on storage for an estimated total of 324 assets (54 LRUs, 270 SRUs) and an estimated number of 500 reparables generated annually. The effort is projected to start as early as fiscal year (FY) 99 andcould continue thru FY10 assuming the maintenance concept below. Costs should identify labor, overhead, packaging, handling, shipping, transportation, and inventory management costs. This ROM shall be provided at no cost to the government.
