F -- CONTAINERIZED SEEDLINGS SOL SOL R6-6-98-201 DUE 121897 POC Contracting Section, 503/668-1621 It is the intent of this solicitation and resultant contract to secure the services for the production, storage and delivery of one-year old, greenhouse or shade-house grown, containerized tree seedlings from Government-furnished seed. Summer, fall and winter extraction seasons are included. For physiological reasons correlated to the nursery-outplant site climate inter-relationship, the location where the seedlings may be produced shall be located in Oregon or Washington (or within 100 miles of these stated boundaries) and west of the Cascade Mountain crest.
