DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Construction of Temporary Lodging Facilities (TLF) at Robins AFB, GA. The TLF consists of three -one story buildings and one two story building supporting a total of 50 units (25 one bedrooms and 25 two bedrooms) with a new service building. The living units consist of motel/hotel type units with bath, kitchen, sleeping and living areas in each unit. The building will have a standing seam metal roof, brick exterior and split system DX units. Also included will be parking facilities, utilities, access drives and landscaping. The two story TLF building is approximately 18,906 square feet, the one story TLF is approximately 7,563 square feet and the service building is approximately 1,114 square feet. The procurement is UNRESTRICTED. Estimated range is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 dollars. SIC No. is 1522. Completion date is 310 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed.
