This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number F22600-97-T-6773 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The standard classification code is 5065, small business size 100 employees. The incorporated document and provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. This action is being considered full and open. Contract Line Item 0001 is a Analyzer, Communication; T-BERD 310 ATM Analysis Package (310-P6S). Package includes the TB310 and these options: 310S; 310-1; 310-98; 310-10; 310-11; 310-14RFC; 310-14T-1300FC; 310-15; 310-17. The following additional options are required: PR-40A Thermal Printer; CC-41306-03 Extended Soft Case; 310-5 DS3 Jitter. Certificate of calibration w/calibration Data is required. P/N: 310-P6S; MFR: Telecomm Techniques Corp (TTC). Delivery terms shall be FOB Destination with Delivery to Chief of Supply, Bldg 4005, Dock #1, Z Street, Keesler AFB, MS 39534-5350. Delivery shall be made 45 days after receipt of award of contract. Inspection and Acceptance shall be made at destination. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and will remain in force in any resultant contract: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Oct 1995), is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition and is amended to read, submit signed and offers to 81 CONS/LGCS, 200 Fifth Street, Room 104, Keesler AFB, MS 30534-2102, at or before 3:30 P.M. CST, 07 Nov 97. Offers must be signed and may be submitted on your company letterhead or stationary, or your standard company quotation forms. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.213-3 Offer Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Jan 1997) with its quote. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (May 1997) is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. The contractor shall extend to the Goverment full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale. Acceptance of the warranty does not waive the Government's rights with regards to the other terms and conditions of the contract. In the vent of conflict, the terms and conditions of the contract shall take precedence over the warranty. The warranty period shall begin upon final acceptance of the items listed in the schedule.
