This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is to provide REAL ESTATE ASSET MANAGEMENT (REAM) services for single family properties (1 to 4 units) which are owned by or in custody of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The properties are located in the State of Kentucky in the following areas: Western Kentucky area which include the counties of Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, Hopkins, McLean, Muhlenberg, Ohio, Union, and Webster; South Central Kentucky area which include the counties of Allen, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Logan Simpson, and Warren. HUD intends to award one or more purchase order(s) for these services. The initial contract term will be one year, with one (1) one-year option. The anticipated award date for the South Central area is 01/01/98 and the Western area is 03/01/98.
