The task orders will be for engineering, logistics, and technical support for the MD369H helicopter. Specific requirements shall include engineering analysis and reports, maintenance manuals, technical support, and helicopter parts. McDonnell Douglas is the original equipment manufacturer of the helicopter and is the only source possessing the technical capability, technical data, and requisite knowledge of the helicopter. This will be the last year of this BOA. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
