Miller, Contracting Officer, (703) 810-4796 The On-Site Inspection Agency has the requirement to provide for maintenance of the agency Cisco Routers. The maintenance shall consist of the following types: SMARNET maintenance for Cisco Routers located at the On-Site Inspection Agency Headquarters, Washington DC, and field locations at Magna, UT and Travis, Air Force Base, CA; SMARTNET Premium maintenance for Cisco Routers located at On-Site Inspection Agency Headquarters, Washington DC; and Global Solution Services SMARNET and Premium Maintenance for Cisco Routers located at field locations at Frankfurt Germany, Yokota Japan, and Moscow Russia. The maintenance services shall include the required software maintenance, advance replacement of hardware and technical support required for self-maintenance and on-site service for the agency Cisco Routers. The services shall also include telephone callback for hardware, software and configuration; 24 hour seven day priority support; electronic mail inquiries and responses; major releases of sofware updates; software maintenance release updates; and a new set of manuals with software updates.
