These specifications cover the production of various IRS forms requiring such operations as copy pickup, film making, printing, binding, packing, shipping and delivery. Trim Sizes: Up to and including 11 x 17". Approximately 80 orders per year. Face only or face and back forms. Occasionally, orders of 2 up to 6 forms may be ordered. Approximately 600 to 350,000 copies per order. An occasional order may require approximately 1,000,000 copies. Government to furnish: Camera copy consisting of reproduction proofs, pasteups, or previously printed samples. Films. Material to be picked up from Florence, KY and deliver f.o.b. destination to Florence, KY; Covington, KY; and Cincinnati, OH metropolitan area addresses and ship f.o.b. contractor's city to other consignments.
