R -- FEDLINK INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SERVICES DELIVERY ORDER SOL WFAR/PS DUE 102797 POC Tony Lembo, Contract Specialist The Library of Congress intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew a subscription with Potomac Systems, Inc. for the continued use and access of their database by Air Force Pentagon Information Technology Services, Washington DC (WFAR). Potomac Systems provides access to a comprehensive collection of federal employment case decisions available with continually updated information on decisions from: FLRA, MSPB, EEOC, GAO, FSIP, Arbitrators, A/SLMR and FLRC, and Federal Courts. Cases can be searched by Agency, Union, Arbitrator statistics and Case citators. Potomac also provides access to online versions of the legal requirements controlling the entire range of federal employment functions. Service will be continued through September 30, 1998. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No telephone calls will be accepted.
