The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service will be requesting for quotes for General Dentistry Services from interested providers. The acquisition is released as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Contract must possess a license to practice general dentistry. Services to be provided to IHS beneficiaries who are provided services at the Acoma-Canoncito-Laguna Service Unit. All proposals will be accepted and considered by the Government. Multiple fixed price contracts will be awarded for one year only, to cover other health clinics under the jurisdiction of The Acoma-Canoncito-Laguna Service Unit. Contract dentist to provide backfill services during the absence of the direct hire dentist. No more than 140, 8-hour clinic days to be provided by the contractors.
