United States (Ex-Im Bank or the Bank), requires a contractor to
develop course materials and conduct a comprehensive credit training to
new entry-level and selected existing Bank lending officers, and
possibly personnel from other federal government agencies. The
objective is to provide a sound foundation in finance and risk
analysis, financial markets, commercial banking, loan structuring and
documentation, and other subject matter relating to the extension of
international credit for approximately 15-20 individuals. The
Contractor will develop course materials and provide classroom
presentation for the following topics: Advanced Accounting, Letters of
Credit, Financial Statement Analysis, Bank Financial Analysis, Cash
Flow, Capital Markets (debt/equity), Financial Technical Writing, Power
Point (effective presentation), and Loan Structuring and Documentation.
