Work includes but is not limited to the following: Scarification: All wood block floor areas to be sealed shall be scarified prior to sealing; Cleaning: All materials removed by scarification shall be removed prior to any sealing; Sealing: Upon completion of the surface preparation work, the wood floor areas shall receive two coats of hot applied coal tar sealer. COST RANGE: Between $25,000 and $100,000. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price Construction. DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: Commence within 5 calendar days and complete not later than 45 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.
