The Little Rock District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking interested sources to perform Electronic Bid Set (EBS) reproduction Services utilizing Compact Disks (CD) and/or 3.5" floppy diskettes that will be used to issue solicitation Bid Documents starting in FY 98. Sources must have the capability to download/receive electronically formatted files via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Compact Disk reproduction will require a Master CD and a minimum of 150 to a maximum of 300 copies. Floppy Disdette reproduction will require a master (1 to 3 diskettes) and no less than 150 copies and no more than 300 copies per master on any given requirement. Delivery requirements of completed Compact Disks or 5" floppy diskettes may vary from 3 to 10 days from date of receipt of Electronically transmitted files. Shipping, handling, packaging, inspection, and warranty requirements will be in accordance with ANSI standard ISD 9660; the "Yellow Book" Industry Standard; and writen specifications. All interested parties must accept the Government (Visa) credit card for payment of services.
