A firm-fixed price indefinite- delivery/indefinite-quantity type contract is anticipated with a minimum value of $350K and a maximum value of $8M. These services will be in support of NASA's Training and Development Division, Code FT. The resultant contract will be open to NASA Headquarters and all NASA field Centers to be used at their option. The selected contractor shall provide all personnel, office space, equipment, materials, and supplies to provide logistical services to assist NASA in preparing for, conducting, and evaluating the various Agency-wide and Center-specific training courses and developmental programs sponsored by Code FT. This requirement does NOT include developing or conducting the actual training, providing training sites, or providing instructors/speakers. This procurement is being conducted under the NASA MidRange Pilot Test Program approved by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy. SeeNumbered Note 26. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated release date of the RFO is on or about October 20, 1997, with an anticipated offer due date of on or about November 19, 1997. An ombudsman has been appointed -- See Note "B".
