This is a sole source requirement to Mentor Graphics, 8005 SW Boeckman RD, Wilsonville OR, 97070. This requirement is for additional software modules, licenses, software maintenance and upgrade support services for the Mentor Graphics software modules. Contractor shall provide, at a minimum, software updates; software updates/release support; familiarization for software modules, software factory support and documentation service. The period of performance is 01 Oct 97 through 30 Sep 98. An Ombudsman has been appointed for this acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channel to communicate his/her concern during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
