The Corporation for National and Community Service, a wholly-owned Government Corporation intends to award a contract to a qualified vendor who can provide meeting space and food for an AmeriCorps VISTA Pre-Service Orientation from October 26 -- 30, 1997. On October 26 only, the following will be required: Beginning at 4 pm, a registration area in the main lobby of the facility with four (4) large tables; dinner in the main dining area (served at 6:30pm) for 120. Beginning on October 27 at 7:30am and through October 30, until 9:00pm, the following will be required: One (1) large meeting room for 120 (15 round tables set for 8); Five (5) break-out rooms (3 round tables set for 8) to accommodate up to 24 each. Availability: 10/27-30, from 7:30am to 9:00 P.M. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served in the main dining area for 120 on 10/27; Breakfast, lunch and dinner for 120 on 10/28; Breakfast & lunch only for 120 on 10/29; Breakfast & lunch only for 120 on 10/30. 25% of these meals shall be kosher/vegetarian. Two (2) coffee breaks served each day (AM & PM, with the exception of 10/30 on which day only the AM break shall be served). The AM break shall consist of coffee, tea and soda; the PM break of sodas and light snacks. A/V equipment to consist of: one (1) VCR and monitor for one day; one (1) microphone (wired) in the main meeting room 10/27-30; one (1) wireless microphone (hand held) in the main meeting room 10/27-30; one (1) flip chart in the main meeting room 10/27-30; one Flip chart in each of the five (5) breakout rooms 10/27-30.
