This project shall be for all the necessary site work and repairs to replace Building 1171 office windows at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport RI. The facility is a three story brick building with approximately 240 windows. The estimated cost range: $ 100,000.00 -$250,000.00. The SIC Code is 1793 and the business size standard is $7.0 million. The proposed contract (solicitation) will be issued as unrestricted and is subject to evaluation criteria set forth in DFAR 252.219-7008- Notice of Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns, Construction Acquistions Test Program (APR 1996).
