Bid, performance and payment bonds will be required. SIC Code assigned to the acquisition is 1521 and annual size standard is $17M. Request must include business size status (i.e., small, large). Tentative issue date of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) is 9 Oct 97. Bidders will have approximately 45 days from the IFB release date to submit bids.
