Contractor shall perform preventive maintenance, repairs, reimbursable repairs, reimbursable elevator and escalator operating service, reimbursable emergency callback service and provide response and corrective actions to service calls at various locations at the Kennedy Center. The Contractor will have on site requirements and special requirements for the Office of the President, Office of the Secretaries and other dignitaries in this contract. The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective and economical completion of all these services. Estimated range of project is between $50,000 and $1,000,000. The period of performance will be base year with four (4) option years. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1796; small business size standard is $7 million.
