Comprehensive maintenance and technical support includes: 24-hour, 7-day a week technical support with less than a 4-hour response time. Systems include 1 Challenge XL Server, 11 Indigo II Workstations, 2 IRIS Workstations, and 1 Onyx Workstation. Interested vendors are requested to submit documentation and pricing that substantiates their ability to meet the requirement. No solicitation document exists, requests for such a document will be considered non-responsive. No telephonic requests will be honored, written responses only.
