USDA plans to negotiate on a sole source basis for Part Number 1226-002-7000-0507 with Foss North America, Inc. This synopsis is for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 90-46. The Solicitation # RFP 104-M-APHIS-97 is to be released on or about September 19, 1997.
