SOL DAAD07-97-R-0123 DUE 111597 POC Contract Specialist James Parnham (505) 678-5536 (Site Code DAAD07) A 100 percent small business set aside procurement action resulting in a cost plus fixed fee type contract for systems engineering services for the Training And Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Analysis Center, consisting of: project management and administration; equipment installation and maintenance; operations research and systems analysis; system/software design and maintenance; software development and integration; configuration management; exercise/test and evaluation support; training and user support; documentation; scenario development and gaming; and broad modeling and simulation support for the interactive wargaming and stochastic simulations. Services must be provided in the context of current and future military operations to support planning and definition of future concepts and requirements for the Army Force XXI. The solicited contract will have a base performance period of 5 years with a one 2 year option period. The anticipated solicitation issue date is 15 Oct 97. In addition to written proposals offerors will be required to make oral presentations, at White Sands Missile Range, NM, addressing how the contractor proposes to satisfy the Government's requirements.
