Kingman Rd., Ft. Belvoir, Virginia. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all written responses received within 7 days of this synopsis will be considered, providing there is sufficient technical and pricing information to enable evaluation of the services to meet the requirements of the agency.
