This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) Item #0200-3825, SPECTRAmax PLUS Microplate Reader with SOFTmaxPRO for windows & cable. Responses to this notice must submit clear and convincing documentation indicating that the items proposed are the brand name items required. Award willb e made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror meeting the Government's specifications. The Offeror must provide descriptive literature inclusive of specifications as part of the quotation. The Offeror must include in their quotation, the unit price, the list price, the delivery period after contract award, the prompt payment discount terms, the F.O.B. Point (Destination or Origin), the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), and the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). All offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, in their quotation.
