The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, NSWC intends to procure under a sole source procurement from Hile Controls of Alabama the following items: 1 each Model 26-1221-3161 Tescom Dome Loaded Pressure Reducing Regulator; 6 each Model 26-2912-282A Tescom Back Pressure Regulators; 4 each Model 44-1313-3081-092 Tescom Pressure Reducing Regulators and 2 each Model 44-1313-2122-053 Tescom Pressure Reducing Regulators including oxygen cleaning per MIL-STD-1330D. The Tescom valves are to be used in the construction of the US Navy certified life-support, recompression chamber system. The specified Tescom valves are part of the Category I certified US Navy life-support system and no substitute can be used. It is anticipated that this will be firm fixed price award. Delivery shall be made to Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, FL 32407, FOB destination requested. Note 22 applies. (0258)
