Skidmore (215) 656-6151 Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to provide for the removal and disposal of (22) existing first floor windows, including glazing, sash, frames, and all associated hardware. Provide replacement bullet resistive windows and repair or replace all existing hardware as indicated in the drawings and specifications. All work related activities are to be performed during off-hours, defined as being from 6:00 PM through 6:00 AM on weekdays and weekends, from 6:00 PM Friday through 6:00 AM Monday. At least 2 weeks prior to the commencement of work at the job site, the awardee will be required to furnish the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) with the full names and social security numbers of all individuals who will be working under the proposed contract, and who are anticipated to enter the building to perform work. This requirement applies to the prime and all subcontractors. No one will be authorized to enter the building unless cleared with security beforehand. The estimated cost of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This synopsis also constitutes issuance of the pre-solicitation notice.
