The Department of Veterans Affairs Connecticut Healthcare System is seeking to procure consultant services for Facilities Management Service, at the West Haven Campus. Contractor would be responsible for the development and implementation of self directing work teams to be accomplished in a three phase planned project; Phase I, Assessment Evaluation and Establishment of Steering Committee, Phase II Design and Implementation of FMS Pilot Teams and Workshop Training and Phase III Follow-up Consulting and Facilitations. Contractor would provide practical, proven, easy-to-use training materials in every phase of the implementation. All training would be provided at the West Haven Campus. This contract would include all workbooks, customized training materials, and travel. This is a small business set-aside in accordance with SIC 7389.
