M -- MODIFICATION TO LEASE F33657-95-L-2014 SOL n/a POC Judy Trapp (937) 656-4395, ext 437, Buyer/Gail Porumb, Contracting Officer, ext 407 The lease, awarded to Lockheed Martin Astronautics (LMA) by USAF/AFMC Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC), is a sole source follow-on contractual action to provide for the following Capital Type Rehabilitation CTR) projects on a cost reimbursement basis: 1) Replace Air Conditioning System, EPL Valve Shop, BLDG T-5A; 2) Replace Roof, Cryogenic Test Laboratory, BLDG T-5; and 3) Replace Roof, Ordinance Test Laboratory, BLDG T-26 and T-26B. Work will be performed on AFP PJKS, Denver, CO, which is a Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) Plant. Project award is anticipated to LMA who operates the plant for the Air Force.
