Fisher (310) 725-7550 The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Western-Pacific Region, is seeking potential sources to install raised floor tiles and relocate the existing NARACS equipment in the control wing basement of the Los Angeles Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) located in Palmdale, CA. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Relocation of the existing NARACS shielded enclosure including antenna cables, control wiring, power circuits and associate NARACS equipment (communication equipment and exterior control console), asbestos abatement of AHU-120 and associated piping and removal of vinyl asbestos tile and asbestos contaminated mastic, and installation of new computer raised floor system (Government furnished materials), power panels and temporary walls. The performance period is 120 days and the estimated price range is between $350,000 to $400,000.00. The SIC is 1752.
