Contract begins November 1, 1997 concluding September 30, 1998 for the base year, with two option years to begin October 1, 1998 concluding September 30, 2000. The service will be provided to the Naval Reserve Center, Peoria, Illinois. The contract requires hot meals to be served restaurant style for approximately 50 authorized Naval Reservists (Saturday and Sunday) one weekend per month.
