The following sole source requirement serves as a short term bridge contract to the current ATR, Inc., contract (N60921-93-D-0083) until the competitive solicitation is released. The bridge requirement is as follows: It is to provide support to the Navy's on-going Magnetic Silencing, Electrochemistry, Double Hull, Warhead, Radiation Effects, and STILO Programs. Technical support includes research, engineering, test evaluation, and programmatics. These programs require in-depth technical knowledge and experience in the fields of high power batteries, closed loop magnetics, robotics, explosive and radiation physics, hydrodynamics, and network security.
