65 -- QUALITY ASSURANCE SAMPLES SOL FSIS-66-W-97 DUE 102397 POC Tawana Nathan The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has a requirement to determine the technical ability of Agency laboratories in analyzing meat or poultry samples for Salmonella, E.coli 0157:H7, Listeria monocytogenes and other microorganisms of interest to the Agency, or for other inoculated sample studies. This procurement is set-aside for non-commercial laboratories. Commercial laboratories are precluded from this project, due to the potential for conflict of interest. The contract will begin in October or November 1997 with four one-year option periods. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing and may be faxed to (202) 690-1414.
