This project is open to all business sizes. Estimated Cost is between $100,000 and $500,000. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1793 and the small business size standard for this project is $7.0 million. Plans and specification will be available on or about September 15, 1997. There will be no public opening of offers. This project is open to all business concerns in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demostration Program.
