Replacement parts shall be billed separate from this contract. Must provide on-site service, response must be within 4 hours. There should be 6 scheduled preventative maintenane visits, performed every 2 months. Contractor shall provide documentation to the VAMC which satisfies all JCAHO preventative maintenance requirements. Personnel servicing equipment must have successfully completed a formalized training program for this particular equipment and have a minimum of 2 years experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs on the equipment.
