It is anticipated that the level of effort estimated during the term of the contract will be 2,663,500 man-hours. The Government intends to negotate an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with cost plus fixed fee provisions for a base year and four-one year options. This requirement will be issued under full and open competition procedures. FAR clause 52.217-08, Option to Extend Services, will be incorporated into the solicitation/contract.
