The Department of the Treasury, Departmental Offices, intends to award a Contract for Contract Registrar Services for the Department of the Treasury Collection Objects. The Contract Registrar will assist the Office of the Curator and be responsible for tracking and recording the location and movement of Collection Objects during restoration process. Objects include, but not limited to, Antique Furnishings, Department of the Treasury Secretary portraits, and Gilt antique frames. The SIC code for this procurement is 8999. The Small Business Size Standard is $5 Million. This procurement will be set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Any responsible small business source may submit a proposal which will be considered. The Department of the Treasury anticipates a firm-fixed price Contract. Period of Performance will be from date of Award through two (2) years thereafter. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
