Tentative issue date of solicitation is 17 October 1997. Bid opening date of 04 December 1997 is approximate. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. SIC Code is 1799. The related small business standard is $7,000,000.00. Period of performance is 380 calendar days. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This procurement solicitation will be issued as full and open competition (unrestricted). This is not set aside for small business concerns.
