This is a combined synopsis/request for quotation prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6. Quotations due 15 days after publication. Lease and maintenance of black & white copiers for FY98: LI0001 -- 1 each copier 20 copies per minute (CPM) no duplex, no doc feed, no sorter, 3060 cys per month; LI0002 -- 1 each copier 20 CPM w/doc feed, no duplex, no sorter, 6100 cys per month; LI0003 -- 5 each copiers 25 CPM w/doc feed and duplexing, no sorther, 11,590 cys per month; LI0004 -- 7 each copiers 25 CPM w/doc feed and duplexing and 10 bin sorter, 14,537 cys per month; LI0005 -- 3 each copiers 35 CPM w/doc feed and 10 bin sorter and duplexing, 22,860 cys per month; LI0006 -- 5 each copiers 28 CPM w/doc feed and 10 bin sorter and duplexing, 9,500 cys per month. Offer should be submitted using total amount of copies of 284,949. Service to include 4-6 hour response time, Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M except holidays. Service to include all replacement parts including drum. Supplies will include developer, but not toner or paper. All machines to have some reduction and some enlarging capability. No machine will have a stapler. Equipment must be new or factory reconditioned. Cabinets must be provided for any desktop copiers. Uptime shall be at least 97%. Delivery is expected Oct 1, 1997.
