R -- APPLICATION GUIDANCE FOR COMPETING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS -- TITLE IV SOL HRSA-97-MCHB-H0854A DUE 092297 POC Aileen Broider-301-443-5231 The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Lori DeLorenzo, 47308 Grandview Place, Sterling, VA, 20165. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to assist in developing the application guidance for competing cooperative agreements for the Title IV program. The contractor shall: submit a draft of the application guidance for the cooperative agreements; develop a list of potential reviewers, oversee the objective review process and summarize the findings; help to develop a process to identify and provide Technical Assistance (TA) to grantees; participate in TA site visits; and submit periodic and summary reports. Lori DeLorenzo is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is one year.
