Solicitation number N00168-98-Q-34AB will be issued 20 September 1997 for the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 7629. The small business size standard is $3.5 million. NNMC has a requirement for a preventive maintenance contract for an Advanced Technology Laboratories (ATL) Model UM9 HDI color ultrasound system. Award will be made in the form of a purchase order from date of award through 30 September 1998 with four (4) year options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the options.
