One (1) comparable project on-going or completed within the past five years. Comparable projects are defined for the purpose of this solicitation as: a construction project of a light industrial building such as a warehouse or processing plant with a minimum size of 100,000 square feet and a construction cost of $5 million or more. Offerors that responded to the original request for qualifications do not need to resubmit their statements.
