Optimally, HCFA will be converting to a "Non-tiered" Site License. This is proprietary software available from Allen Systems Group. If no responses are received within 15 calendar days from the published date of this notice, a purchase order shall be awarded to Allen Systems Group. An RFQ package is not available.
