Work includes five foot concrete footing, stemwall, railing piers and floor joist support pads. Foundation earthwork will be completed by National Park Service crews; both excavation and backfill upon completion of concrete work. Railing pier and floor joist support pad earthwork will be part of the contract. (0241)
