This synopsis is being submitted for the purpose of developing a list of qualified contractors that can provide the services referenced below. The list will provide for the expedient processing of the solicitation. Nonpersonal services to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to maintain the Cheyenne Mountain Air Stations Security Management System (CMAS/SMS) located at Cheyenne Mountain AS (CMAS), CO. The CMAS/SMS consists of the PASS 3000 ALARM SYSTEM, CASI-RUSCO PORTRAIT PERFECT SYSTEM, AND CASI-RUSCO PICTURE PERFECT SYSTEM. The contractor shall assume full and complete responsibility for the maintenance of all alarms located within the blast doors, buildings #306, #313, #100, #101, #106, #12100, and #200 at CMAS. The alarm is to detect attempted unauthorized entry into restricted areas and attempted unauthorized entry into priority "A" resources in accordance with (IAW) Air Force Instructions (AFI) 31-101v1, The Physical Security Program; Air Force Instruction 31-209, The Air Force Resource Protection Program; and Director of Central Intelligence Directive (DCID) 1/21, Physical Security Standards for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF). The contractor is responsible to maintain and keep fully operational the CMAS/SMS.
