This requirement includes two user licenses to be run on a Windows NT operating system, user and system administrator telephone support, one year of upgrades, on-site training and implementation services. TD Technologies holds the proprietary rights to and is the sole distributor of SLATE. The intent of this evaluation is to support the selection of a tool to be used for a System Engineering Plan that will perform requirements capture, traceability, and allocation as well as functional flow and analysis for the Navy Theater Wide, Theater Ballistic Defense program. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
