Grauert, (407)380-4603 Contractor Operation and Maintenance of Simulators (COMS) services, including full supply support, are required in support of the following: Device 2F136, AH-1W Weapon System Trainers (WST) located at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Camp Pendleton, CA, and MCAS New River, NC; Device 2F170, AH-1W Aircrew Procedures Trainer (APT) located at MCAS Camp Pendleton; and Device 2C69 Cockpit Procedures Trainer (CPT) located at MCAS Camp Pendleton. This procurement will be a negotiated technically acceptable low cost acquisition based on full and open competition. Contract Mobilization Date is 1 APR 98; Contract Support Date is 1 JUN 98. Pre-proposal conference/site visits will be held on the following dates: MCAS Camp Pendleton, 23 September at 1000, Building 2394, Classroom #7; MCAS New River, 2 October at 1000, Building AS320 (check in at COR's office for specific location within the building). A SECRET security clearance is required for the site visits and visit requests should be received five days prior tothe pre-proposal conferences. Offerors are limited to two representatives per site.
