Y -- TIMBERLINE LODGE RESERVOIR CONSTRUCTION SOL R6-98-902 POC Procurement and Property Management, (503) 808-2581 This project is for construction of a 200,000 gallon, cast-in-place concrete reservoir. Work includes plumbing of supply and distribution piping to new reservoir and two existing storage tanks and relocating approximately 200 feet of access road. The project is located near Timberline Lodge, Mt. Hood National Forest, Clackamas County, Oregon off Highway 26, east of Portland, Oregon, approximately 50 miles. Reservoir site is about 1150 feet north of the lodge. Because the site is located at a high elevation and snow is generally early, a preproposal meeting and site visit is scheduled for September 23, 1997 at 9:00 a.m. on the front steps of Timberline Lodge. Notify the Forest Service at (503) 808-2581 if you plan to attend. Final drawings are anticipated to be available in February 1998. Work is anticipated to begin July 15, 1998 and completed by October 15, 1998. The estimated construction range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. (0237)
