The Transport Data Centre (TDC) of the NSW Department of Transport wishes to engage an independent expert to provide advice on the key development stages of its Commercial Transport Study (CTS). The expert is to review a consultancy to develop a trip table estimation procedure for producing base year and projected trip tables, and to detail the data collection approach to collect input data required for the estimation procedure. Individuals expert in the development of trip table estimation procedures and large scale data collections, particularly related to urban commercial transport, are invited to submit proposals for this work. Individuals who are also part of a bid for the CTS Development consultancy are welcome to tender for the independent expert, but they will not be considered if they are part fo the successful bid for the CTS Development.
