70 -- DESKTOP COMPUTERS SOL W16XYA-7194-0006 POC Contract Specialist TRACY FETCHIK (914) 938-5858 (Site Code DAMA01) The United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point, NY intends to award a sole source contract to Applied Computer Technology for 31 desktop computers. Computers are for instructor (staff/faculty) use and as such much be identical, both in hardware and software, to existing Cadet computers which were supplied by Applied Computer Technology. The applicable SIC Code is 3571 with a size standard of 1,000. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
